Poor mental health is related to fatigue, insomnia, lack of focus, stress, brain fog, irritability, poor moods, sugar cravings and hormone imbalance. Although we generally think of CLINICAL mental health, our day to day overall mental health is HIGHLY affected by what we eat. This is the first video in my 5 week series on how our dietary intake affects how we feel.
